MAiD in Canada: Where we are, where we're going
Medical Assistance in Dying is a legal option in all of Canada, but it is a complex subject that touches medical, legal, and personal systems and beliefs. This session will provide up-to-date, easy to understand information about the current legal framework in Canada, including questions of access, eligibility criteria, and the process itself. We will also discuss potential future changes to MAiD legislation, including expanding access and advance requests. There will be an opportunity for Q&A at the end of our session.
